Access

To access our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your territory).

  • Have internet access (for online sessions).

  • Provide a valid Payment Method.

  • Authorization: By providing a Payment Method, you authorize charges for subscriptions or individual session fees upon booking.

  • Payment Failures: If payment fails and is not updated, session access may be suspended.

Payment

Subscription Plans:

Biodecoding & Coaching Subscription (16 Weeks)

  • Fee: AUD 110 per fortnight (8 payments total).

  • Includes:

    • 4 Biodecoding sessions

    • 4 Coaching sessions

    • Total: 8 fortnightly sessions (1 session every 2 weeks).

  • Commitment: Clients must commit to the full 16-week duration of this subscription. Sessions cannot be canceled, transferred, or refunded once the subscription begins.

  • Billing: Automatically charged every two weeks from the subscription start date.

  • Unused Sessions: Sessions not used within the fortnight do not roll over.

  • After the Initial Period: Once the 16-week subscription ends, it will automatically continue as a periodic subscription charged fortnightly at AUD 110 unless canceled.

  • Cancellation:

    • If you wish to end the subscription at the conclusion of the initial 16-week period, you must provide 30 days' notice before the subscription’s end date.

    • If no notice is provided, the subscription will continue on a fortnightly basis until canceled with 30 days' notice.

Coaching Subscription (13 Weeks)

  • Fee: AUD 100 per session (AUD 1,300 total).

  • Includes:

    • 13 Coaching sessions (1 session per week for 3 months).

  • Commitment: Clients must commit to the full 13-week duration of this subscription. Sessions cannot be canceled, transferred, or refunded once the subscription begins.

  • Billing: AUD 100 deducted weekly from the client’s bank account or credit card.

  • Unused Sessions: Sessions not used within the week do not roll over.

  • After the Initial Period: Once the 13-week subscription ends, it will automatically continue as a periodic subscription charged weekly at AUD 100 unless canceled.

  • Cancellation:

    • If you wish to end the subscription at the conclusion of the initial 13-week period, you must provide 30 days' notice before the subscription’s end date.

    • If no notice is provided, the subscription will continue on a weekly basis until canceled with 30 days' notice.

Bach Flowers Subscription (3 Months)

  • Fee: AUD 70 per session (AUD 210 total for 3 months).

  • Includes:

    • 1 Bach Flowers session per month (every 4 weeks).

  • Commitment: Clients must commit to the full 3-month duration of this subscription. Sessions cannot be canceled, transferred, or refunded once the subscription begins.

  • Billing: Automatically charged monthly from the subscription start date.

  • After the Initial Period: Once the 3-month subscription ends, it will automatically continue as a periodic subscription charged monthly at AUD 70 unless canceled.

  • Bach Flowers:

    • Bach Flower remedies are sold separately.

    • If the client is outside Australia, a list of the personalized Bach Flower mix will be provided for local purchase.

  • Cancellation:

    • If you wish to end the subscription at the conclusion of the initial 3-month period, you must provide 30 days' notice before the subscription’s end date.

    • If no notice is provided, the subscription will continue on a monthly basis until canceled with 30 days' notice.

Individual Sessions:

  • Biodecoding: AUD 130 per session.

  • Coaching: AUD 115 per session.

  • Bach Flowers: AUD 79 per session.

Referral Discount

  • Referral Bonus: Receive a one-time AUD 30 discount on your next session or subscription payment for each referral who books and completes a session or subscription. (Referrals must result in actual engagement, not just inquiries.)

  • Discount Application: Can be applied to any session or subscription payment. Discounts cannot be stacked for a single payment but can be carried forward to subsequent payments.

Expectations

  1. Commitment: This contract represents the minimum commitment for the chosen subscription (16 weeks for Biodecoding & Coaching, 13 weeks for Coaching, 3 months for Bach Flowers).

  2. Client Responsibility:

    • It is the client's responsibility to book each session. If a session is forgotten or unused, it will be forfeited.

    • Results depend on the client's active participation and effort. These services are not magic, and success requires commitment to the agreed plan.

  3. Coach Discretion: The coach reserves the right to terminate the subscription or sessions earlier if deemed necessary. This decision is not subject to client approval.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Rescheduling

  • Sessions should be kept on schedule to maintain continuity, as the interval between sessions has a specific purpose.

  • If rescheduling is unavoidable, please do so within the same week of the original session.

  • For changes made with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee applies.

Recurrent Rescheduling

  • Multiple reschedules may lead to forfeiting special rates or promotions (except for package discounts).

Illness

  • If you’re unwell, please notify us in advance, as it’s essential to be fully present in sessions.

  • The session can be rescheduled once you’re recovered.

Makeup Sessions

  • If rescheduled due to force majeure (illness, emergency), sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original date.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided at the discretion of the Coach.

  • Refunds or pauses to the subscription payment may only be requested after the minimum commitment period (16 weeks, 13 weeks, or 3 months) is met.

  • The Coach reserves the right to approve or deny refund or pause requests based on individual circumstances.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

  1. Minimum Commitment:

    • All subscriptions require a commitment to the minimum contracted sessions (16 weeks for Biodecoding & Coaching, 13 weeks for Coaching, 3 months for Bach Flowers).

    • Sessions are personal and non-transferable to other individuals.

  2. Cancellation Notice:

    • To prevent automatic renewal, 30 days' notice must be provided before the end of the initial subscription term.

    • For ongoing subscriptions, 30 days' notice is required to cancel.

  3. No Refunds: Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable, and unused sessions cannot be rolled over or credited.

Session Terms

  • Duration and Punctuality:

    • Sessions last between 45 minutes and 1 hour.

    • Late arrivals will not extend the session, as time constraints apply.

    • Extensions are possible at no extra cost if necessary, but only when initiated by the coach.

    • Extra charges may apply for client-requested extensions.

  • Environment:

    • Sessions require a quiet, private setting, free from interruptions.

    • Significant disruptions may lead to an early session end without a refund.

Confidentiality

All shared information is confidential and disclosed only with your permission, unless legally required.

Liability Disclaimer

Our services are not substitutes for medical or psychological advice. Consult a healthcare provider for major decisions involving health.

Client Responsibility

Active client participation is essential. Results depend on the client’s engagement and commitment.

Intellectual Property

Session materials are for personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.

Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, we will first attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, legal actions follow New South Wales, Australia laws.

Force Majeure

Unforeseen events may delay sessions, which will be rescheduled at the next available opportunity.
